🧠 About the Project

We’re Re building a AI-first product from scratch. The idea is validated, the use case is sharp, and the capital is secured. Now, we’re hiring a single person to own the entire technical side — someone who loves building solo, fast, and end-to-end.

This is not a management role. You won’t be overseeing teams or writing specs for others. You’ll build the entire product stack yourself, using a mix of code and automation tools to move fast and validate quickly.

🎯 The Role

You’ll be the only technical person for the first stage of the company. Your mission is to take the founder’s vision and build a real product — fast. You’ll use your skills across software engineering, AI implementation, and clever automation to ship the MVP and iterate quickly with real users.

We’re looking for a builder who doesn’t wait on teams. You’ll use whatever tool gets the job done — whether that’s Python, Node.js, Make, Zapier, n8n, or frontend layers like Lovable, Softr, or a simple custom UI.

⚒️ Responsibilities

• Design and build the entire product — frontend, backend, AI, and workflow logic
• Implement AI pipelines using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.
• Connect services and data using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier to move quickly
• Use low-code frontend layers like Lovable, Softr, or build simple custom UIs
• Own deployment, hosting, and technical infrastructure
• Iterate constantly: work with the CEO to launch fast, test with users, and refine
• Set the technical foundation for future scaling, but focus first on speed and function

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience building products end-to-end, solo
• Experience implementing AI systems in production — LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, agents
• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience using automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n to connect systems and speed up development
• Comfortable using or integrating low-code UI tools (Lovable, Softr, Retool, or others)
• Ability to prioritize speed and functionality over perfection
• Deep product intuition: you know what matters to users and what can wait
• Fluent in English (for technical docs, APIs, and team communication)
• MUST BE in the Americas or Europe.

💎 Bonus Points

• Previously worked as a founding engineer or solo technical builder
• Built or launched AI agents, RAG systems, or complex workflows
• Familiar with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) and LangChain
• Experience in real estate tech, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus but not required
• Open-source contributions or indie projects launched alone
